5. Hosting and technical provision

Each time the website is accessed, technical data such as IP address, time of access, browser type and the page accessed are processed automatically. This is technically necessary in order to provide the website in a stable and secure manner.

7. Appointment booking via Doctolib
This website embeds a widget or link to the appointment booking service of Doctolib GmbH, Mehringdamm 51, 10961 Berlin.
When you interact with the Doctolib widget or click the booking link, you will be redirected to Doctolib's service. The appointment booking itself and the processing of the data entered take place directly through Doctolib as an independent controller. 14. Data transfers outside the EU

15. Retention period
We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose, or as long as statutory retention obligations apply. Afterwards, the data is deleted or anonymised.
