How the mentoring works:

  1. We meet personally (online) and find out together whether we're a good fit.

    If it feels right, we move on to the medical consultation.

  2. A medical consultation with full anamnesis and recommendations for diagnostics is a must — to rule out red flags.

  3. Blood, urine, stool, and genetic analyses for maximum personalization.

    Screening for nutrient deficiencies, silent inflammation, environmental toxins, microbiome, parasites, mold, and much more!

  4. No one-size-fits-all plan — tailored strategies that fit your everyday life.

    Optimization of nutrition, sleep, movement, detoxification, and stress — guided by scientific data and lab results.
