I work with comprehensive genome and genetic testing to understand your individuality. Not superficially, but in depth and medically interpreted. Unlike many coaching approaches, my work isn't based on theory alone. I've been through a lot of this myself and bring that experience deliberately into the work.

Longevity is not a single tool or a trend, but a comprehensive system. It's about understanding and steering your body in such a way that health, energy and performance stay stable in the long run.

No. Biohacking often works with isolated tools. The difference is that longevity places those tools in context and integrates them into a working overall system.

More stable energy, better sleep, clearer thinking and a body that doesn't constantly feel like it's working "against you".

No. Supplements are only one part and I use them very deliberately. Not by trend, but by need.

No. They can be supportive, but they don't replace a holistic structure. Without a working overall concept, even the best substances don't work.

It's about identifying the right levers, not changing everything. Simply eating well and exercising isn't enough, because every body works differently. Two people can do the same thing and respond completely differently to it.
